Technique

The hysteroscopic technique developed since 1992 at the Gynecologic Endoscopic Center of the II Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the University of Bari is based on a new and essential aspect:

the vaginoscopic approach

Hysteroscopy is performed without speculum, tenaculum, analgesia or anaesthesia. This approach is less uncomfortable for the patient than the traditional technique.
